Biographie
Anaïs Alle is an associate in Linklaters’ Restructuring & Insolvency department in Paris. She has been involved in a variety of complex restructuring transactions, both amicable and litigious, with significant financial and strategic implications, covering both transactional aspects and litigation relating to insolvency proceedings. Admitted to the New York Bar in 2023 and the Paris Bar in 2024, she holds a Master’s degree in Law and Finance from Sciences Po and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
