Biographie
François Kopf is a partner at Linklaters’ Paris office, where he heads the Restructuring & Insolvency department and also serves as Global Chair of this practice across the entire Linklaters firm. With over twenty-five years’ experience, he advises on complex cases involving restructuring, transactional matters and litigation, representing debtors, creditors, directors, shareholders, investors, trustees, agents and insolvency practitioners. Ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers France 2026 guide for Restructuring & Insolvency and inducted into the Legal 500 Hall of Fame. Named Restructuring Lawyer of the Year 2024 (Option Droit & Affaires).
