Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille represents both French and non-French banking institutions and factoring companies in commercial disputes and restructurings.
She also handles ad hoc mandate, conciliation, and insolvency proceedings and frequently advises creditors at all stages, including negotiating agreements and drafting related legal documentation, as well as litigation.
